TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY

For the purpose of the formation and performance of this agreement, the treatment of personal data of the consumer by Italian Tradition is necessary, consisting in the acquisition of the same for including them in the relevant agreement and filing the same according to the provisions of law. The personal data of the consumer are kept by Italian Tradition according to the provisions of law and shall not be notified or used by third parties. Consumers may request the access to the agreement and the relevant data kept in the filing system of Italian Tradition.

CONSENT TO THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

The consumer hereby represents that he consents to the treatment of his personal data provided in the preceding article, necessary for the formation and full performance of this agreement, in compliance with the provisions of domestic laws and European Community laws and regulations.
