The roasting process is electronically controlled by a red-hot air flow , is faster , and so it maintain coffee main features unaltered , like : Aroma , Cream , and full bodied taste.

Residual humidity is less than 2,5% to allow you to obtain more coffees and a better quality of your espressos.

How to store
It keeps for a year in a fresh dry place. Avoid direct exposure to light and air.
